Trey Reeves

Charles ("Trey") Reeves is a third-year law student at the University of Houston Law Center. Trey is particularly interested in taxation, and he is accordingly bolstering his tax background with several upper-level taxation courses. He is on track to complete his JD and LLM in Taxation through the dual-degree program in December of 2024.

Prior to law school, Trey grew up in a small town north of Dallas, Texas. Because of his interest in argumentative writing, Trey had planned to practice law since he was in high school. In 2021, Trey graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and minor in Philosophy of Law from the University of Texas at Austin. Before working for Brager Tax Law Group as a Law Clerk, Trey worked in the areas of estate planning, business planning, and probate. He enjoys playing golf and basketball in his personal time.
