Bruce Winaker

Bruce Winaker grew in up in Brooklyn, New York, and graduated with a B.S. degree from SUNY Buffalo in 1982. In 1983, he received his Paralegal certification from CUNY’s Baruch University. Bruce joined the law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges that same year, as a paralegal focusing on legal billing. He rose through the ranks to become the billing manager of the 700-lawyer firm.

Bruce went on to become the financial analyst to the managing partner and assisted in opening up branch offices in the U.S. during the late 1980’s and 1990’s.   In 1994, Bruce moved to Los Angeles to become the financial services manger of the Law Firm Dewey Ballantine. 

Bruce subsequently opened his own consulting business in 2000 and has served as a financial services manager and consultant for small law firms over the last 23 years.  He was onboarded by Brager Tax Law Group in 2016 as our Accounting Manager.

Bruce lives in Marina Del Rey and enjoys the Los Angeles lifestyle.
