Community Property Aspects of Tax Collection Matters. This panel discussion will include topics such as important collection issues that will include Innocent Spouse Relief in community property states, how to procedurally fight the IRS when you claim they can't pursue property that you believe is separate property, potential fraudulent conveyance problems, and more.
