The Brager Tax Law Group is offering eight free registrations and 50% off to all other interested registrants for Strafford's webinar, "Streamlined Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Program: Avoiding Aggressive Enforcement Regime and Significant Penalties." The webinar will cover:

  1. New 2014 OVDP requirements
  2. New requirements for the streamlined programs. How may a taxpayer take advantage of its benefits?
  3. How would a taxpayer demonstrate non-willfulness?
  4. What conduct constitutes "willful" non- reporting?
  5. What risks does an applicant in one of the streamlined programs face?
  6. What are some of the other methods used by taxpayers to become tax compliant with respect to undeclared offshore income and undeclared offshore financial accounts and assets, and what is the viability of these methods? Some of the methods that will be discussed include quiet disclosure, prospective compliance and expatriation.

The webinar is on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. PT. Dennis Brager will be one of the featured panelist at this event. He and the other panelists will provide counsel and tax advisors with the tools necessary to navigate the IRS rules and governing the extended 2014 Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Programs (2014 "OVDP") to determine whether clients are eligible for the less arduous and punitive streamlined programs.

To register for the free tickets, please email Jovana at jsmolovic@bragertaxlaw.com by no later than Monday, May 18th.
